Welcome to ELIKAY Space. By booking a session, attending a retreat, using our website, or engaging with our services in any way, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Overview

ELIKAY Space offers wellness retreats, coaching sessions, educational content, human behavior exploration, and other personal development experiences. These services are not medical or psychological treatment and are not intended to replace licensed health or mental health care.

By participating, you confirm that you understand the nature of our offerings and voluntarily choose to engage in them.

2. Appointment Terms. Full payment is  required upon booking.

Katara Lilith – 1-Hour Sessions

Sessions are 60 minutes long. Please visit her page https://elikay.space/coaching

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

Elijah Bone – 2-Hour Sessions

Sessions are 120 minutes long. Please visit his page https://elikay.space/healing

The same 24-hour cancellation rule applies.

No refunds are given if cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance.

3. Retreat Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your participation in a retreat, you must do so at least 7 full days before the retreat start date to receive a refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the start of the retreat are non-refundable.

4. Travel & Third-Party Costs

You are responsible for your own travel arrangements and expenses.

Any costs related to airlines, transportation, or transfers are governed by the individual carrier’s refund or cancellation policy.

ELIKAY Space is not liable for any fees or refunds related to third-party services.

5. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that your participation in any session, retreat, or activity is voluntary and at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for your health, decisions, and actions before, during, and after participating in any of our services.

Our services are provided for educational, personal, and experiential purposes — not medical or mental health treatment. We can reject your participation in our retreats based on inappropriate behavior and ask you to leave, no refund full or partial will be issued. We don't discriminate and build a caring and respectful community.

If you have any medical or psychological conditions, please consult a licensed professional before participating.

6. Confidentiality & Respect

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of one-on-one and group sessions.

In group retreats or events, participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and keep all shared personal information confidential.

Violation of this principle may result in removal from a retreat or future services.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by ELIKAY Space — including content shared in sessions, retreats, emails, or on our website — are the intellectual property of ELIKAY Space and its facilitators.

You may not reproduce, share, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELIKAY Space and its facilitators are not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from your participation in our services, including but not limited to:

• Emotional or psychological responses

• Travel disruptions or costs

• Acts of nature, third-party cancellations, or technical issues

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, Flagler country in which ELIKAY Space is registered. Any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. You are strongly advised to subscribe to our email updates, you can do so on the bottom of our Home page.

Continued use of our services indicates your agreement with the updated terms.
